NoviSign partners with Sharp for digital signage software integration
NoviSign has partnered with Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, a division of Sharp Electronics Corp., to integrate its Studio editor digital signage design and management software into Sharp’s displays. The company’s cloud-based system can now run on Sharp’s 40-inch class PN-B401/PN-M401 and 50-inch class PN-B501/PN-M501 LCD displays, according to a press release.
NoviSign’s solution allows businesses to design, update and manage content remotely on a dynamic scheduler using dayparting or triggers. It also offers a variety of widgets such as Youtube, Facebook, games, polls and slideshows. Other features include:
- Online studio editor
- Proof-of play and media statistics
- Library of templates
- Multi-user admin control
“For the last several months, NoviSign’s engineering team has been working closely with SIICA to test NoviSign’s cloud-based digital signage software to run on the new PN-B Series,” Chad Bogan, director of sales and marketing, at NoviSign, said in the release. “Not only are you eliminating the need for an external player, but you are empowering customers to begin designing content-rich digital signage powered by NoviSign. Within seconds of powering on the Sharp display, customers can download the NoviSign app, create their free 30-day NoviSign trial and immediately begin creating and sending content to their display.”
